XV was started by Dave Gibbons and a team of misfit leaders based in California & Asia.
At one point Dave was leading one of the fastest growing churches in the country, with thousands attending. But he felt there had to be something more.
He began to experiment, explore and learn about people development, equipping and mentorship.
Through years of experience, his journey of dealing with his own pain and numerous entrepreneurial endeavors, Dave has developed an Operating System of leadership development that XV has customized to nurture and speak into the lives of its entrepreneurs.
The XV development pathway is more than a program. It’s a way of living.
